We Would Love to Host Your Event 

Corporate holiday parties, wedding receptions, showers, birthdays, non-profit gatherings, and more. We would love to be the place for your special celebration in Bremerton.

BOOKING DETAILS

To book an event with us, simply fill out an inquiry form for your type of event or call our events coordinator directly.

A 50% deposit and pre-order are required to secure your event.

Admin fees cover the planning and coordination necessary for your exceptional event experience. Organizing events often requires more time and resources than anticipated, and these fees ensure that every detail is managed for you and your guests.

This applies to off-menu options, additional planning meetings, and custom services.

Final headcounts must be submitted at least five days in advance for off-menu events and 72 hours for standard pizza menus. If the actual guest count exceeds the booked headcount, additional attendees will be billed at the end of the event. Please note that the final invoice will be based on the submitted headcount, and refunds will not be issued for fewer attendees than originally booked.

Formal catering packages start at $42.00 per person and include:

  • Linens

  • Flowers

  • Dedicated staff

  • Private Patio Room

  • Welcome Drinks (Sparkling Wine, NA wine for guests who prefer non-alcoholic)

WEDDING REHEARSALS & RECEPTIONS

Packages start at $48.00 per person and include:

  • Two planning meetings

  • Custom drink menus

  • All food and soft drinks

  • Elegant linens and flowers

  • Welcome drink options (bubbly and non-alcoholic)

  • Private space for your event

  • Dedicated staff

All wedding rehearsal and reception dinners are priced at $48.00 per person, including a 20% gratuity and a 12% administrative fee. This higher cost reflects our commitment to excellence and an exceptional guest experience. The extensive planning hours and premium features we provide distinguish your event from regular gatherings.

non-profit 501(c)(3) eVENTS

At Evergreen Pizza Co, we cherish the impact of non-profits, value our community, and are committed to empowering youth programs. We strive to create opportunities that align with your budget and reflect our love for the community. 

The Pizzaiolo Menu offers local certified non-profits a private space, linens, and a welcome drink.
Pizzaiolo's Menu: 
$32 per person 
The food quantity is tailored to your party size, ensuring no one leaves hungry! It includes a full spread of appetizers, salads, and pizzas.  The Pizzaiolo Menu can be served with separate checks are as one tab.  Drinks are not included

EVENT INFORMATION

PRIVAT EVENTS DURING NON-BUSINESS HOURS

We happily accommodate parties of any size during non-business hours with a minimum spend of $1,000 before tax and gratuity.

OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Yes! If you have one or two special bottles of wine or rare beer to share with your guests, we can serve them for a corkage fee of $35 per bottle. Outside beverages of any kind are not allowed without prior arrangements.  Dutch Bros, Red bulls, sodas and other person beverages are not permitted inside the restaurant. 
Outside food is not permitted, except for cakes and desserts (a cake cutting fee will apply). 

CUSTOM MENU OPTIONS

What if I want something different from the catering menu?
Our talented chefs are happy to collaborate on customized options. We also offer paella parties!

SPACE REQUIREMENTS

For parties exceeding our outdoor patio and patio room capacity, a full restaurant buyout is required, providing exclusive access to the entire venue.
Our entire restaurant, including the outdoor patio, accommodates up to 96 guests.

  • Main dining room: up to 25 guests

  • Patio room: up to 38 guests

  • Outdoor patio: up to 38 guests

MINIMUM SPEND

The minimum spend can be met through food, drinks, wine, dessert, or decorations! The patio room can be reserved for large parties without a minimum spend at $42.00 per guest, including food and soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages will be charged at menu price. If the minimum is not met, the space will not be exclusively reserved for your party. Please note that tax and gratuity are not included in minimum spends.

  • Patio room: $1,400

  • Outdoor patio: $1,800

  • Full restaurant rentals/wedding receptions: $4,500 + 12% admin fee
